Locks & Bonds TO FoamCovalently locks and bonds with the urethane during manufacture. It will not leach or deplete during the life of the product.
What our foam brings to the Mask is mainly two things :-
1.Comfort and body to the mask creating pressure points around edges softly to prevent leakage of air in and out.2.Our foam can be added with neem fresche additive which is known to kill 99% bacteria and Anti fungal property which inhibits any growth of fungi. We have test reports of foam with neem fresche treatment that can be provided.3.As a result of the property of Trap n Kill Bacteria and Fungi, the mask remains fresh and does not get odour from bacteria and fungi.4.Our Foam does not suffocate the wearer, breathability is easy and air intake is safe.Our foams are washable and will retain it Anti bacterial and anti fungal property even after few washes. We use Reactint colors which provide long lasting vivid colors to PU Foam and avoid many safety related issues associated with high viscosity pigment pastes and dyes.
