Automotive Polyurethane Foam

Polyurethane foam offers automobile designers and manufacturers the means to produce seating that can be easily assembled, disassembled and recycled. It also meets the highest performance specifications over a wide range of firmness—without added weight.  Through many years of service, and even under heavy use, polyurethane foam retains its original firmness, shape and resiliency. Arm rests, head rests, cushioned instrument panels and other parts of your car’s interior are all made with polyurethane foams.

Polyurethanes are used throughout your car—in familiar places like the foam that makes your car seats comfortable, as well as a few places you might not expect.  polyurethane Foam are used in the bumpers, the interior “headliner” ceiling section, the car body, its spoilers, and in all the doors and windows

This foam has 100% open cells made by thermal reticulation process.The foam blocks are placed inside high pressure reticulation chamber for charging with gas to convert it in different PPI (pores per linear inch) depending upn the customer needs.

Our reticulated foam is available in both Ester & Ether.

Ester based reticulated foam are stable with petroleum products and thus can be used effectively to mop-up and filter petroleum products.

Ether based reticulated foam are not affected by water and thus are ideal for water filtration.

Ester based automotive filters are technically superior than paper filters in terms of effeciency, life as well as reusability.
