We offer polyether based polyurethane foams like PU foam for making room/studio sound proof which are specially treated for increased hardness range. Thus, these foams are ideal for application in areas requiring additional support. This foam can be die-cut, milled and laminated with other fabrics. Majority of polyuretane foams exhibit poor stability to light as they turn pale when exposed to sunlight. This yellow foam is caused due to oxidation which is caused by combined action of oxygen and light, especially the UV light. We offer UV stable white foam and foam for innerwear obtained by treating it with special additives. These hard PU foam shows high stability against sunlight. Our entire range of foam can be treated and turned into UV stable foams on the demand of our client. Under the category of UV stable white foam we offer several products as given below.

 

 

This foam has 100% open cell made by the Thermal reticulated process. These foams are ideal for filtration and pre- filtration of air in automotive industry. Polyester based reticulated foams are stable with petroleum products. They can thus be used effectively to mop up and filter petroleum products. Similarly, polyether based reticulated foams are not affected by water and thus are ideal for water filtration.

 

Our range of viscoform is valued for their ball resilience value of less than 20% as compared to 35% of conventional foam. Owing to such low ball resilience value these are ideal for body contact products. These viscoform have all the attributes such as even pressure distribution, assisting the flow of blood & significantly reducing the risk of pressure sores. Viscoform is known for high comfort level they provide to the wearer. NASA pioneered the initial development of slow recovery foam, to negate the effects of loss of gravity, while in space. Our range of high resilience foam has a resilience greater than 45% which results in good recovery and ultimate comfort. It is the only cushioning foam having all the qualities of a Natural Latex. Due to which these are used all over the world. These are used in creating quality bedding and furniture.

We offer specially made acoustic absorption foam with NRC (Noise Reduction Co-efficient) value of 0.8. This acoustic absorption foam is known for their fire retardancy and sound absorption characteristics. The another advantage associated with this foam is that it can be easily glued to any other material such as non-woven fabric, sun mica, gypsum sheet, glass fiber. This foam can also be supplied in profiled sheet foam. These foams find their major application as sound absorber in theaters, public room, electronic data processing industries, automotive engine testing rooms, aeronautical and transport industry.

We offer to our clients both polyether based foam and polyester based foam. Both these foam have different characteristics. Our range of Polyester foam has regular and fine cell structure, high mechanical strength and stability towards organic solvents and petroleum products. Ideal for various industrial and lamination applications, these foams can be die –cut, bored, milled, glued or flame –laminated. This polyester foam is available in several grades and is heavily used for packaging interlining, shoulder pad, flame lamination, sound absorption, general purpose, textile lamination, Vibration dampening, Industrial washers, gaskets and protective packaging and sealing.
